How come I have 6 perma banned accounts and my friend has 0?

I have sofar gotten 6 perma banned accounts and my friend has 0. I que with him on a regular basis with all of these accounts, and he is just as toxic if not more toxic than me almost every game. Yet he hasn't even gotten a 10 game chat ban and I have 6 perma banned accounts????

In summary here is what is worse than calling someone a smelly niqqer on a regular basis not only does he say that in game, but in after game chat he will say things like "elect trump to enslave you stupid niqqers" and he will be extremely verbally abusive in pre game as well. Guess the trick is avoid being toxic in game if you can, but let all hell go lose in the lobbies they cant get a chat log of.

Things worse than racism:

demanding reports is also more toxic than racism. Riot logic

I think you should be worrying more about fixing your own attitude in the game instead of complaining that someone else isn't getting as many punishments as you. Through my experience so far, I can assure you that if he is truly toxic, he will get what is coming to him in time.

You aren't a very good friend if you are thinking so badly of them. Instead of focusing on why they haven't been banned why not look at why you have been banned 6 times? I haven't ever had a chat restriction and the worst I've seen is the old "abandoning games is bad" thing after my internet went out during a game. I'm no angel and I have cursed a fair amount with the odd bit raging so you have to be pretty toxic consistently to get banned once. You were banned six times.
