you were not banned for one game

you were PUNISHED for that game

due to that, your placement on the punishment "ladder" escalated to a perma ban (just like the 14-day suspension punishment card said it would)

you were perma'd for showing a consistent pattern of rule breaking and an inability/refusal to reform

Every single one of these chat restriction threads is the exact same.

I have still yet to EVER meet someone who spoke that much in game that was ever someone I wanted on my team.

If the ban was given to you in error I sincerely hope it's lifted, but I'd bet money that even if it was in error, you are headed towards a chat ban in your future regardless.

Unless you are queued up with 4 friends, there is really just never a good reason to talk that much in game.

If you truly had no prior punishments then hopefully Riot Support can get that straightened out and assign a proper punishment here, as make no mistake the behavior shown in these logs absolutely deserves a punishment.

no, that is not how that works

trust me, i have excessive first hand experience with the ban system

it is always 10 game chat restrict > 25 games > 14day > permaban

14day is never skipped unless you're scripting, boosting, account sharing, or otherwise cheating chat restrictions are never skipped unless you use a "zero tolerance" word, e.g. "kys" or any racial slur

we know you are lying, and you cannot convince anyone otherwise. give up.
