AFK BAN
The Internet server problem is not our fault. Why do we have to BAN because of this? At least you can reduce the duration of the BAN, 20 minutes is not logical for the above reasons. Please fix this problem and my bans.

It's not your team's fault either but they have to suffer through the 4v5 regardless. The punishment is there so that you're encouraged to fix the problem (or simply not queue up if you're unsure of your connection or availability).
If your connection is poor and there's nothing you can immediately do to improve the situation then it would probably be better for you and your team if you wait to queue up until you have a stable connection.
Otherwise you'll just have to live with the penalties for dc'ing such a high amount of games.
So you got banned for being afk? Or do you just have low priority queue?
But a 20min LPQ is a growing punishment. This means you had to have went through a 5, 10, and 15min LPQ before getting with a 20min. You have no one to blame but yourself. You are solely responsible for checking to make sure your internet is good enough. If it's not you shouldn't play till it's fixed or till you get better internet.
Send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask for tech support. Maybe they can do something to help you optimize the performance of your game.
