tf is up with lower level match making?

it isnt fair how i get into half my games and half players who obviously are by far more skilled and the teams are more or less kinks that are "smurfing" vs. team noob like for real, you need too fix that. no wonder why not alot of players start this game its tilting outa the gate. and it isnt like a player just leveling an account minds there business and chills and plays through no they go out of there way too stomp a game and embarrass a player constantly. least the kid wasn't in dissagreement with what i called him lul.
