hi , i downloaded a prgram who can makes me have a mod skins , then i can use the skins but others cant see the skins ( just me ) , as i know modding is not hack because only me can see the skins but i want to be sure if what i said is true or no to see if i can be banned or no
I don't believe that is against any rule, but, as always:

It's generally better to be safe than sorry, and just not use things that modify the game in any way.

custom skins were allowed, suddenly i never heard of them in like 3 years. so i wouldnt do it.
