I was literally getting counter jungled by my garen for not ganking his lane within 10 min and he kept telling to "fucking gank top or else" So i said for him to be nice he trolled me and took camps the rest of the game asking me if i regretted not ganking him yet like every 5 minutes. I lose my honor level 5 for this like Ive never even been banned before this is my first offense I didnt even cuss him out I just said he was being toxic and flaming me

I don't think that you should get punished. This is so strange! If the Garen is trolling his own jungle and the game is a lost cause, what else can he do but talk about it? You can't just ignore the problem and assume that it will magically vanish on its own. The Riot system of punishment is a little bit off here. Honestly, OP. You'd have been better off just leaving the game to avoid getting frustrated into talking about the Garen there. You'd probably get a Leaver warning as opposed to a CR. Heh!

I think that asking for a report is what got you in trouble. But ehh. If its obvious and everyone can see that they are griefing, I think that this should be an exception. For future reference tho, 1 report or multiple is all the same. Just avoid asking for reports.
