League has to fix their banning and chat restriction system

So I was playing a game earlier where I hover Aphelios toplane. Upon doing this, my jungler proceeds to ban aphelios without saying a single thing the entire time to justify his reasoning without even trying to check my op.gg if I even do good with him on toplane. Naturally, I am pised at him for doing this and call him an (god forbid) ashole I feel that Riot should make it so that your teammates can't ban you from playing champions that you want to play and fix their stupid chat system that gets you banned for calling someone else an a*shole. Here are the chat logs:

In draft pick, bans come first. No matter what your reasoning is.

Any player, including yourself, can ban any champion they want for any reason. He doesn't have to look you up, he doesn't have to talk to you, he doesn't have to ask your permission, and he doesn't have to explain himself.

Get over yourself and pick another champion.

As Gatekeeper already said, bans come first in draft pick matches. There is no "correct" way for Riot to handle the whole team banning champ thing. If they allow it we get "Reeee! They banned my champ. Troll!" If hovering prevents we get "Reee! Enemy team took the FOTM OP" or "Reeee! You intentionally blocked a ban on a champ not traditionally in that lane. Troll!" So between the two, I think allowing it is better.

You did more than just call him an asshole. You harass someone because they don't play the way you want. Were verbally negative/giving up. Continued to harass the team. Continued being verbally negative/giving up.

So this would contribute to a punishment if reported.

You seem like the type of player I would be like "oh god theres always one person like this" and I would report hoping you get banned lol. Sorry, stop being such a whiney player. No one wants to read that bullshit in the middle of a game. Sometimes you should just keep your thoughts in your head. This isnt twitter. No one cares about your opinions in the middle of a video game thats supposed to be played for fun.

i mean chances are if your teamate bans your champion, you aren't going to win, because they aren't playing to win as a team game, and you should dodge right away. no reason to play with someone who refuses to communicate to win games, they will likely ignore everything their team asks and play poorly.
