Banned for 3rd party use by a hacker

Hello, I have been playing league since i believe 2013. I always loved the game but after a while i took a break, i believe in 2017. Since a week I thought I download it again because i bought a new laptop. I played few games and instantly knew why I used to love this game so much. Today I also diceded to play a few games before I had to go to work, but when I almost finished my shift and was thinking about playing again when I would get home I got this email from Riot saying I got banned for using 3rd party software. At first I thought this was spam or a fake mail. But when I looked at it better I noticed that it was really from Riot. I immidiatly contacted Riot about it and told them it couldn't have been me since I was at work and after that I searched my match history and saw there was a game ranked game played at around 23.00, which is impossible since I was at work at that time. I know there is no way to verify that i was at work but I don't see a reason why I would started using 3rd party software all of a sudden. Like I said I have been playing since 2013 and I have spend a LOT of money on skins and have almost all champions unlocked. I was very proud of my account and would never try to hack or use 3rd party software. I haven't heared from riot since I only sent the request about 1 hour ago, but i'm really stressed since I saw all these notes from Riot saying: we don't give second chances. I'm not sure what to do and would be devestated if my account is really banned for something I didn't even do.. I'm also not sure what I want to achieve with this discussion but maybe somebody knows what to do or how to prove that it was someone else using my account.

yea go to Riot Support had a hacker get my account banned also. Riot support was super helpful and got my account back quickly. Don't worry about the whole "no 2nd chance" thing it said that to me also. Honestly, Riot support was really easy and helpful to work with don't stress too much. It will take a like a day or two to get your account back. They will ask for some information to prove you are who you say you are.

I mean honestly if you really want you can send a copy of your work schedule to Riot if they need proof (for some reason) that you weren't able to play at that time of day... It takes them a couple days to respond so if you've already sent in a ticket, just be patient. I've seen situations where hacked players get their punishment revoked as a one time courtesy and a warning to keep your account info safe.

Just had this happen to my account, It was hacked and they proceeded to play 3 games yesterday and I received the email this morning about 3rd party software.. I have put in a ticket, waiting to hear back. Not sure how they accessed my account.
