League of Legends Match History

Lost my honor rank and chat restricted because of this chat log. Our ADC began flaming and in my opinion flat out harassing me. I muted him after a little bit. 3/4 of the way through the game I unmuted him to try and work as a team, he was still flaming. I responded back (entire chat log below) and got punished. I mean sure there is some arguing in there. But what in the world is actually punishable within these logs? Please inform me. Me being punished for these logs after I was flamed as bad as I was that entire game makes me want to never play League of Legends again. I left a link to the game so you can all review the content. I was not feeding. I was playing Leona and went 6/6/11. The one flaming was Ashe, who went 6/12/14. Almost all of my chat was in response to Ashe. I never started negativity towards our ADC.

Edit : The subject of this conversation was Ashe saying I was intentionally kill stealing.

Am I the only one who believes the report system is incredibly broken?

Yeah man that's pretty tame. You might write to support.... although what about the other games?

I've been banned like a dozen times and the only way I can avoid the automated system is to type little or nothing. System seems more sensitive when there is a lot of text in my experience anyway.

It really isn't broken if you understand how it works. I let you know that you aren't the only one who misunderstands how the system works.

Let's have you understand the behavioral system a bit more. Think of it like a health bar (or tension meter) in music games. When you hit the note at an off beat, your tension meter increases. When you completely miss a note, the meter increases by alot. When you hit the note at good timings, it reduces the meter.

Riot's behavior system works the same way, as in we all have a toxicity meter attached to our accounts. When players are mildly toxic, it goes up a tad. When people use hate speech, it pretty much fills up the meter. of course, clean games reduce the meter.

Your chat is like ... suuuuuppppeeeerrrr mild with a bit of blame at the end. Not sure what your regular behavior is like or if something was omitted, but you can try to send in a ticket to support at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us and ask them how many recent games you've been validly report and if they have chatlogs for those games as well. That might bring some more clarity to the punishment.

I wouldn't say its "broken", but its definitely not "flawless" either lol. But as is usual, there can't be a middle ground!!! Anyways, you got a punishment for "so dumb" and general arguing over past events in the middle of a match. Its annoying and people dont like seeing their team break down into pointless arguements. I usually end up just reporting everyone involved. Like, for real, you know what you did, right or wrong, why spend time explaining it away in chat? Why spend time explaining how a teammate did something wrong?? Why???

If you mute someone for flaming, don't unmute them later. You do not have to speak to anyone or hear anyone to play the game.

The in-game stuff is pretty mild. No, arguing with teammates and blaming them is not helpful in the game, and that felt like what half of your in-game chat looked like. I'd say your post-game chat was worse, and going beyond criticism and more to insulting the other player. They didn't have a good game. Instead of pointing out the negatives (CC score, KDA) try giving constructive criticism. We can all recognize shitty numbers, but pointing them out doesn't do anything other than harass someone for their mistakes.

You used the chat, wrote a lot, got punished. Just Rito things.

If you do not want to get punished, do not use the chat. Sorry i can't help with a better explanation, but i think this is simply not worth any kind of punishment.
