Punished for Client Failure

Alright, so yesterday i was playing League with my friend at his house right? Anyway, we were in the early stages in the game, and the game disconnects, and then it freezes my computer. WTF Riot? I had to turn my computer off and on then reconnected when everyone was at level 10 (We were all level 4-5 at first). I ended up getting on a rampage/killing spree and we won. After the game i get a 20 MINUTE LOW PRIORITY FOR QUEUE 5 GAMES. Why the hell did I get punished for something that wasn't my fault? I think that the LeaverBuster should be either removed completely, or majorly scaled down for minor offenders, scaling up with 10-20 AFK marks. Please do this Riot its so annoying when you login wanting to play a game, then finding out you get Rekt by the LeaverBuster, so you cant play with your friend. Also, isn't the LeaverBuster kinda counter productive? If you make the person wait like 20 mins to play a game, it takes up WAY more time than a normal game would take, leading to more AFK's.

LeaveBuster gives everyone a buffer of leniency to account for real life emergencies.

If you are getting punished by LB then it means you have left enough times in the past to eat up your buffer. So no, you were not punished for this one time that "wasn't your fault". You were punished for leaving all of the times leading up to this one.
