So my account was banned tonight. Which, whatever, I deserved it. I have mental health issues that spiral out of control when I run out of medication and I become a super aggressive, negative, person. I can own that. But I'd like my purchase refunded that I just made within the last week or two. Really don't care about the account. I think that's a reasonable request.

Not going on a tirade, despite the many opinions I have about this company and your toxic game. Just want the money I spent refunded, that's all. Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to you addressing my problem as a consumer and not just removing this post and pretending it doesn't exist.

You can own that, but obviously not this time! I'm sure there are people who are just like you that have a medical condition if not worse. Yet they have no problem keeping up with the terms of service and not break the rules. Yet you expect special treatment because you have a medical condition that for a lack of better words doesn't really pertain to this game. Just because you have issues doesn't mean you can't stop yourself from hitting that enter key. I'm sure if you have anger issues you can vent it out in the open not using it as an excuse to be toxic in game!

Contact Riot through a support ticket about this sort of thing. This board isn't really the place to request refunds, you need to contact their billing department.

You ain't gonna get your money back Riot is a company and they need money to keep the servers running, so why would they give your money back? That's not how this world works

You post will be lost as of it doesnt exist trust me, you will not get refunded. They have never done it, and they never will. TOS protects them from having to refund you Not to be mean but it's the way rito had done it since the beginning.

I've had banned accounts. They never ever come back or refund regardless of my deployment to Iraq, regardless of my PTSD, or any other issue they just dont care. I went all rage on people before I re adapted to normal life. My fault I guess but this account got a lot farther than my old main so tbh it was a good thing in the end for me

You should put in a support ticket, instead. Frankly, it feels like this thread was created solely to troll other posters, so it has been locked.

Riot doesn't have to/you aren't entitled to a refund because it's there in the Terms of Use which you agreed to. You may send a ticket to Player Support and they just might fulfill your request because it was so recent, but no guarantees.
