Personal Chat Logs and Toxic Behavior Tracking

I want to have access to MY chat logs from the games I have played (last 20 or something) that only show MY chats.

A setting that needs to be added to League of Legends, a setting that if left on will mute all players in the games you play, and it will keep all players muted unless you turn this feature off, I feel this is an incredibly important feature that could be added.
