Fell from silver 3 to silver 4 because of AFK player

I just lost a game and fell from silver 3 to silver 4 because our support went AFK.I was jungler and I couldnt carry my team.....I dont blame my team we all did fine but I guess it was just not enough..... Why is RIOT not fixing this shit?Of course they invented REMAKE system - but in this situation it didnt do shit because Nami (our support) went afk around 10 minutes in game and as we all know we can do remake only the first 3 minutes of the game.....I dont see how it is helpful though..... I know its not easy to create a system preventing AFK's....so how about you create something so we could not fall from our tier because of bad-behaving players? I know I'm not going to achieve anything by writing here....it just makes me sad that good people are losing games because of AFK's and flamers and trolls and....list goes on and on.Yet Riot refuses to do anything about it.

Riot will probably never do anything about afks after remakes, since a game can be going badly and someone can just afk so your team dosent lose / lose less LP.
