Hey Riot, How About You Try This!

Hey Riot, I have a, although not better but maybe a better approach to the whole justice system. How it works now is you get 3 chances before a permanent suspension from your account (not the game itself). I think that you should remove the chat bans PERIOD, if someone wants to be toxic why give them a chance to talk in chat at all. You should get a 14 day ban FIRST, that should be your first punishment, then after that your second time being reported and punished it is Permanently suspended. After players see this they will be devastated. Now I know this seems harsh but I think after being perm banned they should be able to make a ticket at "Riot games support" and get your account back, but only once. This will make players want to change and I have seen people who don't really care after the first few bans, then only worry when they get the 2 week ban and finally complain about the perma ban and say things like "if I could I'd take everything back" So after they get perma banned they should be able to ask for their account back (ONCE) and have to wait 2 days or however long it would take for a response and the Riot support teams would change the permanent suspension back to a 2 week ban, but only once after that they have no more chances they are crap outta luck this will make people think twice about talking toxicly knowing that they have already been Permanently banned before.
