We need better compensation for inters

I'm tired of having games like this where a team mate just runs it down mid, they waste everyone's time, and everyone on the team loses ~20 LP. Though this doesn't currently apply to me, players that have poor mmr can be gaining as little as 12LP and losing 25LP for a loss, so losing these games from something out of their control really hurts when trying to climb.

Can Riot implement a system whereby if the games are lost as the result of an inter, Riot admins can review the game and the losing side can get compensated, with at least half the LP loss gained again as compensation. It seems that having the player banned is too poor of a punishment since it's so easy to just make or buy a new account and start to int games all over again.

Having had at least 5 of these types of games in the last week now (about -100LP), it's really starting to do my head in and seems like an issue easily fixed and could do with a review.

Will you also accept reduced LP gains when you win when an "inter" is on the other team?

A) To manually review just a tiny portion of games would require 225,000 employees, which is incredibly expensive.

B) Unless you're doing something to provoke inting, it will happen to your opponents 25% more than it happens to your team.

i think people should be reward with a multiplier based on how well they performed in relation to their team. eg: the team lost, player A was afk the entire match; LP lose * 1.5 multiplier. player B was the only one not feeding and was trying to hard carry the team; LP lose * 0.5 multiplier. the overall LP lost on the team would still be the same. but you are just adjusting according to each individual.
