Can someone honestly explain how this is toxic.

A single game, no cursing, no insulting, no name calling. I'm really confused about what is considered toxic. I'm trying to get help and explain to my team we can't win a 4v5. I mean, I was upset, but is being frustrated when you're team is actively trying to make you lose considered toxic and punishable?

I literally got flamed, insulted, and trolled the entire game, but I get chat restricted for.... I don't even know.

Here's the log: Game 1 In-Game stanjer123: i saw the ping and i didnt realize you meant it to be an hour early stanjer123: ...... stanjer123: thanks? stanjer123: well afer waiting for a gank for an hour, i get 25 gold from an assist stanjer123: i think im done top stanjer123: just trying to get some cs and xp since i cant go top stanjer123: if you think me dying over and over under tower top will help.... stanjer123: just needed a single gank, couldnt get one, idk waht tyou want me to do stanjer123: just died 2v1 under tower mid too, looks like my team wants me to die. good luck on the 4v5 guys stanjer123: lol stanjer123: 2v1 under tower again stanjer123: see where im dead stanjer123: lol stanjer123: im asking for help, not troling stanjer123: youre alll refusing to help me at all and then flaming me stanjer123: i didnt ask to be walked with, i havent got a single piece of help the entire game stanjer123: and then im ks to top it off stanjer123: lol stanjer123: then ill be yelled at for still not having gold stanjer123: stfu stanjer123: keep it up guys, gj stanjer123: no, you flamed and spammed me stanjer123: but keep it up stanjer123: its working stanjer123: just keep trolling me, ill be able to help then stanjer123: we honestly couldve won if you guys didnt act like i didnt exist all game Post-Game stanjer123: when you beg for help all game but your team actively runs from you to avoid heloping no matter what stanjer123: they desperately wanted a 4v5 stanjer123: yep, he killed you twice while waiting in bush for me to die first stanjer123: that doesnt help stanjer123: then he says "why do i have the most cs?" stanjer123: lol stanjer123: then why did you lose? stanjer123: not hard to get most cs avoiding team as jg stanjer123: less damage stanjer123: you jumped in to last hit stanjer123: enjoy your losses friend, see ya

Honestly though, if that is considered punishable, then there is no point in even having a chat feature in the game. This is pretty ridiculous.

Let's see, starting off with passive-aggressive insults about how little help you're getting, as well as outright accusing your team of being against you.

More passive-aggressive attacks...

And then direct attacks, and pointless arguing. If they were flaming you, why didn't you mute them?

And then to top it off, more bickering and negative behavior in the post-game, as well as direct harassment of your Jungler.

This is definitely a warranted chat restriction.

Have you tried using the chat for something other than whining about how much your team apparently hates you? Have you tried using it to actually ask for help, instead of making dozens of passive-aggressive jabs of "oh i guess my team just wants me to die" "waited an hour and still no ganks" - have you considered that, at all?

The chat is there for strategy and friendly chatter, not negativity and in-fighting.

yeah man, the moment you asked for help you became toxic. You should never tell anyone what to do as that can be seen as overly aggressive and oppressive. Also telling people what they did wrong is unacceptable. Make sure to only say positive things like "hey thanks for not helping when i needed it, i really owe you one, let's be friends" or "thanks for not dodging any skills shots, you can only get better from here!"

idk man, i've been PRETTY toxic in chat before and have YET to be banned.. sometimes i think these post are cropped to make it look unjustified, when there's probably a ton said that we don't get to see...
