Why is it, that two people duo'd will constantly try to anger someone in a game, and tell them to kill themselves, and there is no punishment after a report? Am I missing the definition of toxicity? Or how does the report system work against these guys?
(I should also point out, I'm not trying to be aggressive towards the tribunal or the Riot Staff, I'm generally curious why players like this aren't punished.)
You don't always get a message that someone is punished -- it only appears if you're the last report before their punishment. That last report could be someone from their LAST game (if they queued up quickly enough they'd get another game in), someone else from your game, or maybe they're JUST on the edge and it's someone in their next game.
It's a little frustrating when you'd like to get that visceral feedback, but take heart that the system is working -- you just don't always get to see it.
