I've got 2 weeks ban instead of ban for chat. I used one offensive word actually nothing else and i didnt get chat ban but 2 weeks ban. Is it that offensive to reach that level of aggression ?

It's first ban ever at this account. And 10 games chat ban was skipped and give me 2 weeks ban. How is that fair ?
