Today my account was perma banned for using 3rd party software and i don't even know what that means ,Can someone explain what might have triggered this ban , I got a mail from riot saying that they had detected leveling with bots, i have not!? is there anything in my match history that suggests that?

I can only see so much from the op.gg, but a couple things stand out a little.
Just some odd things I noticed, I mean you never try flash/ignite? Or just flash or just ignite? You never want to play a specific position? You never want to try other items?
Either way we can't help you, only support can, but these bans are rarely in error.
Was it blitz.gg, Because I use blitz.gg

That usually means the account had another program running and was leveled, generally from 1 to 30.
So it usually means that you bought the account.
Did you level the account yourself or did you buy/got it from someone else?
