Can i have my account back somehow? Permanent banned for bad behaviour.

Hello! My name is "Confident" and i was player on EUNE but my account was banned for bad behaviour now one year ago i guess.. Can i do something for my account, I would be grateful if you try to do something for my account... Please... Or try to change something in system, for everyone Is not fair to get permanent ban for behaviour... maybe 3 months or something like that, you know what i mean!... This think is also very sad for anybody not just for me... When you try to do everything to win a game and one or more feed and troll is not OK and that is not happen just once... They have mute button in game if others don't like my/our behaviour...btw.. In my opinion feed + troll or afk is worse than unfit behaviour... I played so much before this game but now is very hard to create other account with so many champions and level or something like that... from season two or three i played for RIOT and it would be a pity to lose everything just for that in a single day for my small mistakes. Thank you!
