Ive posted about this before and I'm going to keep posting about this. this is such an easy thing to fix for people hijacking champ select. put a report in champ select or afterwords for your ques.

And what do you want them punished for? Intentionally feeding when they haven't actually intentionally fed? Sure, they can be punished for a chat offense - but people are not punished for a one off comment in chat in League (unless it falls afoul of a zero tolerance policy against racism/sexism/etc). But no, players will not be punished for one comment in champion select that you think means they'll intentionally feed.
I really want this too. So many people hijack champ select, banning each other's champs because they can. It's so disgusting how people can make their own team tilted in champ select with no punishment to them, only punishing people for dodging or not dodging.
Beyond that people will purposefully troll pick things like yuumi jg just because they can and the only way that they can get reported is by playing a game that was already lost.
fun story but you guys never actually responded to a report. those toxic players just get free runs and never get punishment.
