Reset Penalty Time in Every new Season
Hey there, I would like to know your thoughts regarding on reseting the penalty time every new season, cuz for me i get penalty due to my bad internet and i get DC during the game

Well, first off, let me ask you, since I know you're talking about LeaverBuster/Low-Priority Queue: Would getting a free penalty reset at the start of a new season somehow improve your internet conditions? Because, if it doesn't, the penalty reset wouldn't matter. You'd be right back at where you started in no time, disconnecting left and right until you wind up with a 20-minute LPQ.
Beyond that, there's also the matter that, if Riot did this for LPQ, people would inevitably ask them to do it for the other varieties of punishment. (Chat Restrictions, 14-day bans, Permabans, Dishonorable, etc.)
And, since getting a free penalty reset tied to an arbitrary date would only (conditionally, might I add) dampen the impact of the punishment, I can't imagine Riot considering to give the metaphorical mouse a cookie here.
If you don't want Low-Priority Queue, you have to fix up your internet situation, and play five games out without DC'ing. There's no two ways around it.
Just dont play league with bad internet. A requirement of playing the game is a stable internet connection.
If it reset every new season, you'd probably get a lot of people being assholes, intentionally feeding, etc. at the end of every season, with the knowledge that it doesn't matter and it'll be wiped clean soon.
I'd agree with maybe a 1 year ban instead of a permaban, though.
