So i just got perma banned for toxicity. I dont understand why but dont they put a chat ban for a while when you were being toxic? i got banned for 14 days before, and now its perma. I dont think this system is fair to people who are trying to play and get flamed for a single fuck up, i was laning against a fed lb and she takes half my hp and then tower dives me, my adc started to flame, i replied calmly, then he started to flame me more and i lost it. i do feel like this game isnt fair to those who flame and then report someone for toxicity and that riot games should put a chat restriction not a perma ban for flaming.

So the system (for verbal offenses) usually goes: 10 game Chat restrict 25 game CR 14 day ban Perm ban

If you skipped the 2 CR, then you may have had a game where you broke Zero Tolerance and had it escalated. After a 14 day ban, your next punishment is a perm for a verbal offense.

is there no way that i can get my account back by proving that i can be someone who isnt toxic? i just have put a lot of time and money in my account and i do not wish to have it gone becaue of my anger.
