My account today was been permanently banned
If you riot could give me one more chance to play i promise i will not be so offense anymore please thank you i know i was too aggressive on language but please give me one last chance thank you

You're better off contacting support. No one can do anything for you here.
Why should they give you another chance? You had 3 previous warnings (unless you skipped punishments) and chose to continue with your behavior without listening, why would riot think that yet another chance to change your behavior would actually make you do so?
While you can submit a ticket to see if they will remove the ban it is very, very unlikely to do so since you had chances to change and didn't. The beat thing you can do is start a new account and build it up while reforming to be a good member of league, good luck either way!
Unfortunately, they do not overturn bans unless made in error. You used up the 3 warnings you had before the permaban. You are welcome to contact support in see if you have a chance, but it is highly unlikely. In any case, you are free to create another account if you so chose to do so.
Banned accounts are never unbanned unless the punishment applied in error. No one here can help you, and your only chance is to send in a ticket to Riot Support, plead your case politely, and hope you catch someone in a fantastic mood. On very rare occasions someone can earn a second chance at Riot Support's discretion, but do not expect it or demand it.
