People saying "Ez" "izi" "Easy" when you die or lose.

I'm ** usually **not the one to complain about flaming and what not. but in some games and people put "ez" after killing me I'm like "oh okay then" and ignore them. I die again.

"so ez"

me thinking "okay ill just ignore them and if they do it again I'll mute them."

Die again.

"omg this is SO EASSSYYY"

"I'm just gonna mute them" mutes them

Game finishes and we lose no biggie, but then this happens...

Best thing to do with those people is to report and leave after, the more you talk to them the more they will try to annoy you

You should banned for telling them to grow up IMO. -Riot

Report them?

Actually Riot has deemed the term EZ being said in game is negative behavior and is a reportable offense.

I don't think simply saying "hah EASY" is that reportable, it's basically along the same lines as "you suck noob" however most people like that? They are toxic so report em

Your post game chat suggests you're taking it in stride and playing along with the trashtalking. Then you post it on here as if you're appalled by the trashtalking. You cannot eat your cake and have it, too. You either don't mind playing along with this person and participate, or you don't like it and thus refrain.

Riot isnt going to ban people for saying ggez, spamming taunt or mastery emotes, or dancing at the fountain bm. I have reported people who dropped slurs referring to homosexuals and black people, and dont even get a notification they are being punished. Ban system is a joke, report em, move on, but likely know nothing will change.

Who cares....

We have two groups of people that I can identify as the extremists;

  • Very unintelligent people that believe that there should be no rules and thus, punishment for their transgressions is unfair (Read: Almost any "I'VE BEEN PERMABANNED" thread)

  • Very unintelligent people that believe that the rules should be far more strict and ultra-draconian, like Shyvana to the Nth degree. Basically the feminist/leftists (Read: Almost any thread to the extent of "THE RULES ARE TOO SOFT, WE NEED TO PERMA-BAN ANYONE THAT SAYS ANYTHING THAT MGHT HURT SOMEONE'S FEELZ")

Both of these groups of people have VERY low intelligence because, as is often the case, extremism requires ignoring (Often not willfully) very basic facts and knowledge; We know that complete anarchy leads to a negative outcome. We know that hyper regulation leads to a negative outcome. Basically, neither one extreme nor the other is a solution to the problem rather a middle ground must be achieved, the real question is; To what degree should the rules extend and what punishment shall be doled out as a result of violations? details like that.

Personally I lean more towards Libertarianism than Feminism (Obviously), but as I have repeated multiple times; All extremism is bad and you can find the worst examples of humans in any extremist group.

Oh by the way, this thread is an example of what I was talking about... "ZMOG TEY SAID "EASY"?! PERMA BAN PLZ" (Yes , slight exaggeration but still).

There is a mute button in-game. There is a language filter enabled by default in-game.

I don't even understand why people can be reported for offensive language/verbal abuse. If you're soft/weak enough to be offended via text in an online game, there are several built in mechanics to hide from them. Although one could argue if you get offended by something people say in an online game, you probably shouldn't even be playing...

Press mute if it bothers you and move on. Play the game to play the game, don't play to get upset over simple words.
