Thats how riot game support reply me

I was posted this on "report a bug" but it had been removed, and told me to post here. OK

So my account was banned for using hacks. I was mad cause I never used 3rd party program or changed anything in the client. I submitted a ticket on riot games support and asked your stuff to check carefully. But the information they got was still saying that my account had used hacks or scripts or exploits. You may don't care about what i said or what i gonna say, but PLEASE READ EVERY WORD OF THIS POST. I can tell you this, when I was playing the game, there was nothing unusual, i had played this game for 4 years, and i had 3 accounts. I know this game very well. I didn't feel anything like a hack in the game. So I hope this can get your attention, and hope you check your system carefully.

I am really curious, how could your stuff tell that i had used hacks on this account. I hope i have some video records to prove I didn't use hacks but i don't even use recording software. On my account, there were hacks? Thats totally a lie, but it was stated by your stuff, i had to believe it somehow. One thing i have to mention, I had a bad feeling that 3 of my accounts had been banned in the past 7 months, and thats happened after I update my system to windows 10. I never got a ban for hacks in the past 4 years until I update my system, I am curious, if there's any relationship. There are many other games I can play. I am playing overwatch after my lol account got banned, but I still love lol cause I have been a lol player for 4 years, so I hope you can check your system, cause this not only happened on my account, but also other player's account. Check the link, there are couple replies.

Would it be nice to know how their detection works so you can prove innocence? Sure.

But do you realize what would happen if they give that information out? Let's say someone gets banned for cheating via 3rd party program, and they were guilty. By asking Riot which program or how they were banned, do you think this person is going to do the honorable thing and keep this information to themselves?

Hell no. It wouldn't be long until the fact that Riot can detect and ban for this certain program becomes public knowledge. Everyone then moves onto the next cheating software, which Riot may or may not be able to detect. The programmers of the detected software also start attempting to make modifications so that it's back to being undetectable.

It's probably quite often that the account was being used by someone else who did use an illegal program, or the player was on a computer with illegal programs present without their knowledge (or they didn't know it was illegal).

Have you ever let anyone else use your account? Have you ever suspected that your account was being used without your knowledge? Have you ever played on a friend's or a public computer? Has anyone else had access to the computer you use even if it's your own? Do you have any program that interacts with the game in any way, including automatic video setting adjustments? Have you ever edited your configuration files, or added anything to the game files for any reason?

Everyone, you better record every single game you have played, so when riot bans your account, you can use it to prove your innocence. Silly me, never even used a recording software.

Sure, I would like to know but knowing wouldn't change anything.

There isn't really much to be said about these 3rd party ban cases. Support is only going to give you a confirmation or overturn the ban. The only thing I have really noticed is that a significant portion of the 3rd party ban cases also had account sharing happen, some stolen.
