So I hope this is the right place for this, so here goes.

I just went through a 20 minute lower priority queue. When it rolled around to 0 seconds i didn't enter the normal draft queue. The lower priority queue window simply closed and I didn't enter my queue. What happened? Why? Can it be fixed?

As a side note I wasn't placed into a 5 minute lower priority queue first. So this is a bit frustrating. Please keep it civil if you are able. If you are unable to provide a solution please don't reply.

I would submit a ticket here. In order for us to help we need to know a few things.

  1. When was the last time you dodged? (if you dodge twice in the same day they put you in about a 20 min low priority que)

  2. Have you dodged today or the past 3 days? (same as above, usually it resets after 24 hours but this is just checking into things)

  3. Have you reacently been DCing in game? (Leaverbuster does not like people dcing in games, even though it seems to be happening in my games especially after a new patch.)

  4. Did you receive a reform report? (check your e-mail with this one. If you got one this could clue us in to why you were put in low priority que in the first place)

  5. If I dodge a game and have a 5 min wait, I wait for the timer to run out, the countdown clock closes and I have to hit the play button again. For me it does not go straight from the timer straight to que. Did you try to hit the button again?

I would submit a ticket, this seems like a bug within the client.

I have also noticed this example. If you que up for 3's, wait for the timer to run out, decide you want to play 5's instead, the timer resets. That could be another potential of what happened.
