Hackers suck

Welp all I can say is some people are (for lack of a better term) assholes. I pissed off some guy on WoW yesterday and he gave me that typical "I;m gonna hack you and get you banned" crap every 10 yr old says... Welp sad to say this one actually backed it up by somehow hacking my emails, getting me banned from FFXIV, Wow, LoL (will go into more depth on the league side), and messed up my steam pretty bad. With the league ban I was perma banned toxic behavior (which I will admit I did have in the past but after a 2 week ban I had a good 2 weeks to evaluate my situation so I just took the enter key binding away when I play League its easier to not have the option to talk at all) but much to my surprise while playing Fallout I check my emails and see "your account has been permabanned"... I immediately entered panic mode due to the fact I've played on this account for 5 years now and I've spent about $1200 on it. I'm just praying that Riot can get this settled I'm kinda still having a freak out (O yeah this is not the banned account I dont have access to the account due to password change and email change and I dont wanna try fixing it on my own cause I dont wanna mess things up for riot to not be able to fix it).

sounds sketchy... how did access to your email give them access to all your accounts. They'd have to know you login username not your summoner's name, but even then, How would someone from WoW know your other account names?

You need to submit a ticket to support.riotgames.com. My suggestion would be to lead in with the explanation of how your account was hacked and that you didn't realize until it was too late that you needed to put in a ticket to recover the account. I can't guarantee that this'll work better, but if you start off with 'my account was permabanned and it was the hacker's fault', you're more likely to get the generic response saying how the ban was reviewed and is being upheld.

Well that sucks. Talk to riot and i'm sure you'll be able to get your stuff back. as well as call the email provider and try and get everything fixed dude.

Welp it appears the decision from Riot is that the hack was my fault and regardless of my history with the game and the company I am to remained ban and they will be keeping my account on lock for something that isnt my fault. I am honestly speechless over this. TBH if this is how the company is going to treat its players ESPECIALLY its veterans then I don't want to have any part in the future of this game and company. Its truly sad that, not just me but many of my friends as well agree, the downfall of League is not going to be the game or even the community, its gonna be this disgusting shell that the company has become.
