i dont understand? why does riot perm bann people and then tell them to make a new account and play for another decade to get lv 30. instead of unbanning the main account and giving a second chance. what will change? like me is still me no matter on which account i play.. riot is acting like me on another account is another me
Just because there isn't a feasible way to prevent someone from making accounts doesn't mean they can't punish people.
Following your logic of "still me" then you probably going to get rebanned even if given the second chance.

Your desire to play the game hopefully. A permanent ban is Riot's best method to get a person to stop playing, especially since there is a lot of progression to lose when an account is banned.

Riot doesn't tell you to make a new account. In fact they would prefer that you didn't, but there is not much they can do to stop you.
Other players here are telling you that if you want to keep playing to make a new account.

Because most people have spent a lot of money on league on their account So the permanent ban is a punishment in the sense that you'll lose all of your stuff on your account and you have to start on a fresh account, which can be very frustrating and many people quit the game after a permanent ban. Which is good Also it can possibly give riot more money And hopefully with a new account some people learn to not be toxic, or they don't and then it's the same thing again and again
Ive only ever heard Riot support say something like "your only option is to make a new account if you want to keep playing". Theyre not telling you to make a new account, theyre just letting you know you can never play on a permabanned account again and a new account is your only option. Permaban generally means you are not welcome to play anymore. Unfortunately, they cant stop you from making new accounts.
Ripot WILL BAN FOR A BAD. If you do that you cant paly If you dont like it it feels bad a punish a punsih and that should feel bad for thems people who get the ban/punish/perma
