This is a free to play, free to leave game. If you no longer find the game enjoyable, the best you thing you can do for your personal health is to find something else to play.

If Riot listened to everyone's bad ideas , this game wouldnt be so big. Afk punishments are fair. Real life happens. No need their accounts to be locked for something that they dont have control on.
