S7 Ranked Borders
So this is my first season playing league and I got plat 3 but also got banned for 14 days. Does that mean I do not get my border or is this a glitch?

Rewards take a few days to roll out. However if you were banned for 14 days before the season ends, you do not get your rewards.
They made a post there was a cutoff date in August for 14 day bans. If it was recent you aren't getting a border.
