Leave Buster and Loot

I got a 5 game penalty for leaving the game, or rather for my game crashed (one time I got a bluescreen...). I played those 5 games with low-prior (without game crash), and then decided to play one more, at the final stats chat I received a message, that I cannot get a loot because of my AFK behavior. Wtf? That's outrageous
