I was playing a gold (4-3) ranked and there was a darius top, all was going fine until minute 20-25. This player started surrendering after each death and started flaming all the team. When the match ended (Defeat) He said we were all trash. He send me a friend request and then started flaming even more. There is a Mediafire link where you can see the screenshots.

Don't accept friend invites from people you don't believe to be your friend.
