Should I've gotten Chat restricted?! KYS Messages and KILL STEAL. PLEASE HELP

GAME 1: So in my first game I was having lag issues with my college dorm internet. Kassadin told my ADC to stop flaming me and that he understands me becasue he's had lag before. Then mid game Kassadin started saying that I was stealing his kills with my Pyke Ult. And the rest of the game kept asking for my other account name, asked for my op.gg link to it. Asked my elo so he could bash on it. He later said that in gold and plat people stop caring about positivity and that he's just telling the truth.

GAME 2: Teemo was building really odd and started to flame us because he was losing lane. He was building tank items instead of AP. He literally built deads man and spirit visage as his first 2 items. He started to insult all us especially the jungle! He later said KYS, thats why I mentioned the auto ban word towards the end. I even made a support tickect on this one!

I had internet conectivity problems at the start and my ADC started to flame me and he nicely said to just ignore her and he knows what's it like to have lag. Cool act from him. But then he started to flame me later in the mid game! And he wouldn't stop! He started to ask my OP.GG link, my other account name, asking my ELO and what rank I'm in. He then said he didn't want to throw the game because that could happen some how. He called us all dumb and called me inexperienced and just wouldn't stop. Asked the enemy team report. Started to flame our Jungle Yi en the late game and then apologized because it actually ended well for us that play Yi did. But had started to ask reports because appreantly, me and Yi were Inting! Then he got mad because I "stole" his kill. I played Pyke and that's what Pyke does! I secure the kill with my Ulti but he wasn't having it. He ruined the game for us and just became an annoyace. I would've muted him but I don't want the enemy team reporting me for something I didn't do and had to justify myself to the enemy team to not report me. I just told them that he was the toxic player. And said "whatever". In the end he tried acting nice to not get reported but it doesnt matter. He was toxic the entire game! Thanks.

This player " censored " told me to kill myself and that i threw the game beacuse of my lag. I told them i was having issues with my internet but they just kept flaming me. And this teemo player wasn't building correctly, his first item was spirit visage and then dead man plate vs a Tham kench in the top lane. I asked him why he was building like that and said to KYS. And then other players got mad at me but when it was always a 1 sided game. Once I started lagging top and bottem turrets were already down. So it wasnt' really my fault. They said they would report me. I couldnt report in game via post game because the client tries to keep reconnecting to the game and it wont show me the end game lobby. The reconnect button keeps showing so thats why I didnt report in game. But i wanted to make sure i reported this player for saying KYS. Like i said in a previous ticket. I currently have depression and in the past I had strong SUicidall toughts so its definealty a trigger word for me and just ruins the game for me personally. Thank you
