All you have to do to earn rewards again is fix your behavior and be positive. If your posts here are any indication, you may have no intention of doing so. This kind of behavior in-game will make it take longer to earn your rewards again, and may result in a more severe punishment than the last.

think of hextech like those free mystery gifts riot sometimes gave out for good behavior. if you had been punished within x-amount of time you didn't get it, didn't matter if the punishment was over. be thankful hextech scales with severity of the punishment. it is basically a reward since it is free in theory, they didn't have to add it.

They ban you for harming the positive experience of others and exceptionally poor behavior. Loot is free and if you have harmed the game experience for your fellow players, Riot has every right and reason to deny you such luxuries for some time.
