First Win of the Day

Am I the only one who sees a problem with the first win of the day reward system? Because I have a problem with it but I don't know if its just me or if anyone else sees the same problems or if anyone even cares or better yet if riot cares and if they are looking into making any changes for the future. I am going to try to explain what I see wrong with it but I am not great at explaining my reasoning. I often find myself getting tilted and raging out because I am trying to get the first win of the day but I end up losing 5 games in a row and have to get off because I have other things I need to do. I play worse and am more toxic with each lost and I feel like having a reward system based off of wins makes it easy to get tilted and toxic when you're losing. Now you could argue that you could just play AI games to get your first win of the day which I do sometimes but playing against AI is not as fun and I don't want most of my games to be against AI. The challenges with TFT are based off of playing the game and not on getting 1st place which promotes and makes playing TFT enjoyable regardless of placement. So maybe the first win of the day could be replaced with something that rewards you for just playing regardless of placement I feel like that would make it more enjoyable and less tilting. But as it is right now it's not working out for me I am raging out too much and feel like the blame not entirely my fault or that the system promotes it or makes it easy to do so. I am not going to uninstall because of TFT but maybe I will once it releases on mobile but as far as playing on summoners rift I think I am done for now with the game unless they make changes to the reward system I am just going to find myself raging out over it and that's not good for me or the community so I am going to stop playing. Now maybe no one else sees it as a problem or they may brush off my complaints with reasoning as to why it's not a problem but I still see it as a problem for me and feel like it can easily promote tilting to the right people in some circumstances.

Im having trouble reading all this because its all in one wall of text and not broken up at all but if I get what you're trying to say winning is sometimes harder to do an bot games are unfun and want something more rewarding? also why is this in player behavior?

Your tilting when you lose is not going to be solved just by first win going away. The problem is you’re playing a game where you’re guaranteed to lose about 50% of your games when you can’t accept that.

I encourage you to play a non team based game since you can’t accept that you’re going to lose, or control your emotions.

Lol dudes just trying to express his displeasure with a feature in the game. If youre not going to read it, why bother replying? Anyways, sorry dude. I dont feel ya at all on that one. What does FWotD even reward you with? I dont even notice it. Just play the game for fun. Its a game. You dont NEED your daily free reward that doesnt even need to exist in the first place. Whats so bad about not getting it?

Yes I know I have no knowledge of structuring sentences and paragraphs. I've never been good with words or grammar. It's one wall of text because I don't know how to break it up into paragraphs.

I guess no one wants blue essence to unlock more champions? I am a returning player who hasn't played for 2 years so the current system with leveling, earning blue essence, and unlocking champions is different from what I am use to. I want more blue essence to unlock more champions. I do feel that the first win of the day reward is very small but, aside from trading in champion shards, it's my only source of blue essence. So for that reason I want the first win of the day. And having the first win of the day rewards locked behind a victory in my mind I am prioritizing a victory over everything else. And when I have only a small amount of free time to get that victory and mix in things like people going afk over having the wrong ruins or having their champion banned or taken I get worked up over things like that. But my main point is having a reward system that is locked behind a victory means I am going to prioritize winning over everything else including just playing the game to have to fun. Once I have my first win of the day I don't care if I am losing I am playing to have fun. If no one understands where I am coming from that's fine. I'll shut up. I am going to stop playing the game regardless. But I feel like there is truth in what I am saying or trying to say and feel like it would be beneficial to at least a few people to remove or replace the reward system so that the rewards are not locked behind a victory. It could reduce the amount of tilting and toxicity some people might not even be aware that the first win of the day could be contributing to their behavior. And just because you're not affected by it personally does not mean other people are not maybe some of the people you play with are.
