Wrongfully Permabanned!

I played a few games 2 days ago , with no issues and no scripts, but then the next day when i open the game, it says that i have been permabanned. i checked my email to see what got me permabanned, and it said that i was using a malicious third party software, even though i have never downloaded or even thought about downloading any kind of third party software. i wrote them a ticket and they just said that there was clear evidence of cheating, even though i can swear on my life that i was not cheating. i got my account banned for no reason. although i have spent no money on the game, i feel bad because i have spent countless hours playing the game. Also, i have gotten 0 warnings about any third party software. im not sure if you get warnings for these but it seems very unfair to have my account taken on evidence that riot wont even show me. has anybody else been permabanned out of the blue and gotten nothing but monotonous robotic responses from employees? i even asked the staff if they could make time to skype or even connect to my computer, so they can dig through all of the files on my computer for scripts they will not find. pls halp.

Send in another support ticket- quite a few accidental '3rd Party Program' bans have been issued, I've heard. Just keep at it until you get something else. Ask them if they can send screenshots of the evidence that you were cheating- maybe there was malicious software unknowingly downloaded by you or someone else.

They ban in waves, so the detection could have happened ages ago.

There also is no warning for unauthorized 3rd party program usage.

Ever used skinpreview/custom skins/any other sort of skin thing, ever let a friend/Family members Play on your Account? Do you Share the Account with a Family member? Did you get any new Hardware recently?

A couple things that you may not be aware of... it's not that your account was permabanned for no reason. Riot is actually rather good at catching cases of hacks, exploits, account sharing, boosting, scripting, and other illegal third party programs. However, because the hackers/scripters are so good at what they do, Riot does not reveal how they detect them. If they did, the hackers would immediately know, and work around that. Which is why the replies from Player Support seem a bit robotic. It's not that they are unwilling to help you. It's that per policy, they are not allowed to tell you exactly how they detected the use of a third party program on your account, or even which one, depending on just what it was.

And while your friend said he wasn't using a scripting program, there are many other programs that are considered malicious third party softwares. Not all of them are for scripting. Some of the model viewing programs, because they have additional functions built into the software, are actually banned by Riot. So you may want to check with him to see if he had any software downloaded on his computer that he used to modify league in any way.
