Riot really doesn't care about it's playerbase. They just pamper streamers and give them nice things and hope they'll keep league relevant. Why'd you think they invited tyler1 to guest host NA LCS finals despite being a toxic streamer (something riot's supposedly against)?
You know, off-METAing in itself is fine. But it crosses the line when people are doing that to purposefully annoy irritate their team.
If he's willing to play to win, then there's no problem. If he's trying to force a dodge, then it becomes a problem.
