are you guys going to change the banning system??? I have a good idea about it, hows about you guys change it in these categories:

warning 10 chat restrict 25 chat restrict 1 day ban 7 day ban 14 day ban 1month ban(14 day chat restrict after 1 month ban) 3month ban(1month chat restrict after 3 month ban) 6 month ban(permanently chat restricted) ^im sure these choices would be good rather than permanently banning peoples account, imagine the time and money spent on the game and it would eventually just go to waste.People do have bad games and people gets frustrated and mad,its a human thing.I hope you guys do something about your banning system!!!

or, you could not break the rules, and you wouldn't get banned.

Nah, Riot used to give out more punishments before permaban, but they found that after a 14 day ban you werent likely to ever reform.

Riot also used to give out really long chat restrictions, but people just started inting instead. (Which is harder to detect for the system).

Absolutely not. When a player proves that they're incapable of reforming then they have no place in our community. Permaban stays and toxic players are out. They can find other games to break rules in.

Short answer: No. Long answer: You can't just keep giving toxic people chance after chance after chance. The line has to be drawn somewhere, and if a 2-week ban isn't enough of a hint to get people to change their ways then what guarantee will there be that a 1+ month ban will do it? Permabanning someone who refuses to shape up gives a lasting reminder that actions truly do have consequences. Also, chat restrictions aren't a fool-proof solution since some people will just switch to other means of griefing and harassing other players when they can't do so in chat.

hahahaha yeah cause toxic people should get 12363452 chances to ruin games before they are kicked out....

get real

Well, the purpose of a permaban is to tell people their behavior is unacceptable, and Riot doesn't see you reforming, so therefore they don't want you in their game.

I'm for having a warning before chat restrictions, so it helps prevent more toxicity from happening. I'm not for adding more tiers of punishments so the toxics can stay longer.
