During the loading screen of my past game, I got an error and had to repair my client. After the client repaired, the game was over because our team remaked. Now I have a 5 game 20 min queue due to being "AFK" when my client got corrupted. This is the first time I Don't think I deserve this, but Idk how to directly contact an employee so I'm doing it here
You would need to submit a support ticket to contact riot directly. Unfortunately, they are unlikely to lift it. The system is designed to be lenient to infrequent leaving, but if you have reached 5 game low prio then you would have a history of leaving, and have used up the leniency that usually covers things like bugs. (note: if you somehow jumped right to low prio without any leaving history then definitely put in a supp ticket so riot can check it out)
