Cheaters?

Currently in a match right now where a blitzcrank player has pulled me while stunned, and pulled me a tremendous range through my minion wave under the enemy turret. Every few games in unranked or in low level queues it seems like I run into at least one player who has very fishy things happening around them all game, such as it telling people they need mana to flash etc etc. Cheating is a report option in post game, yet everybody claims there are no possible cheats, hacks, scripts, or anything of the like for league. I know this to be false. Now, Riot. Are you going to actually look into the matches where people get reported for cheating, or are we going to keep blaming it on the 50 ping vs 2 ping thing? It's getting old when some 12 year old who thinks he is being funny ruins the game for everyone else, and this "high end developer" refuses to do anything about it.

Riot handles scripters in ban waves, with the idea being if they banned them instantly script writers could quickly find out how to circumvent the methods Riot uses to detect them.

That said, scripting is client side. While the occasional exploit will come up, there's nothing in aware of that would make a Blitz pull through through minions other than lag.

I'm not sure what your point is. Blitz can use his q while stunned, scripts do exist in the game, and telling someone they need mana to flash isn't fishy or cheating.

As far as I know scripting is the only form of cheating that exists in league, there are no "hacks" that allow champions to exceed their given range or ability. If you take Blitz's hook as an example it would not be difficult for Riot's systems to detect a blitz hook that landed at a range of say 1200 rather than 975, if what you're saying is true. The reason scripts are harder to detect is because they don't alter how a champion works they just manage to use them to near their full potential without any room for human error and with the use of unnatural reaction times.
