I feel like people need to stop being so delusional with trolls. I just played with a game with a gnar support that banned one of our champs and roamed around the map the entire game, denying everyone xp. I could get around the roaming thing, but the thing is, his name was literally RANK TROLL, and again, he banned one of our champs. Even after doing all of that, someone was defending him in chat. Riot really needs to start punishing these trolls and people need to stop being so delusional.

Anyone can ban any champion for any reason they want, even if someone else hovered it. Bans come before picks. Argue it all you want, it's how the system is set up.

If they were doing other things that could be considered griefing then report them for that.

But he could've been trying off meta strategies! He might discover a new way to play that changes the meta forever! ;)
