Dynamic queue changes for perma ban evaluation?

I'm just curious is there a possibility of reverting a permanent ban now that dynamic queue exists? I'm not looking to justify mistakes that I've made. However logically since a lot of my outbursts were due to the fact that people would troll hard in ranked solely because they didn't get a role they wanted and this is on a scale of thousands of games played, This new queue system now tremendously helps reduce that scenario.

Riot says I am unable to reform but I don't agree, I wasn't a malicious person 99% of games played. It would be nice to be given another chance since the new system addresses the root issue of 90% of trolling in the game.

I obviously made mistakes and I did my best to reform it just wasn't at a fast enough pace for riot, but I was never a troll or an afker, I just had trouble ignoring people who would ruin the game because they didn't get the role they wanted or because they just felt like ruining ranked for evryone that day. It's been about 4 months since my account was taken away, figured this was worth a shot to ask.

Edit: Im asking for my account that is 6 years old for frame of reference.

It's just an excuse, honestly. The other 99% of players were in the exact same situations, and they didn't harass their teammates every single game. It was a problem with you, not with the system or the environment.

Sorry, but you are responsible for your actions. Nobody made you respond to those people in a way that merits a ban. Especially considering that you did it frequently enough to be punished by the system multiple times and never thought to stop doing it. That actually requires that you're doing it a lot more frequently than one in one-hundred games. Unless you were issuing direct personal threats, but that's a different story completely.

You can try to talk with Riot about getting your account back, but just fyi, Riot does not lift any permanent bans at all, unless there was a mistake made on their own part. So, I highly doubt you will get it back.
