Hiya, I was banned for 14 days a while back for being toxic and rude to other players just generally being a bad sport for losing. I've tried really had to change that attitude and be a friendly player and I'm wondering if I've been doing good or not is there like some type of record that shows my reports and stuff. Also does my account ever go back to where I only get chat restrictions if I get reported for being rude and toxic. Or will it always stay the same where if I get reported for being toxic I will be perma banned.

You might submit a Support Ticket and request they look at your recent logs, but I can't guarantee they'll do it. I suggest reading the following articles for guidelines on being a positive player;

As for your punishment tier going down, yes, it does. If you continue to show reform in your games it'll drop down one tier at a time until it's at the standard 10 game chat restriction.
