Guarantee of not getting banned

Hi. First of all I apologize about my English, it's not my native language. Recently I got a 14 days ban for bad behavior in chat and it expires tomorrow. I'm really afraid of getting permabanned so i'm thinking how should I fix my behavior when I will play and what can help me with it.

The actual reason of my toxicity is mostly that I can't control myself when someone starts to blame me in chat. I answer and then all the toxicity comes out. Turning off of chat option helps me to not be toxic in games. I don't see any chat messages so I don't talk at all during the game.

But there anyway will be people who won't like my plays in different games or game situations so I admit that some people will report my account. They can choose some category which as they think matches my behavior (feed, afk or whatever else) BUT I admit they also can report my account for verbal abuse and etc. so my account will be again flagged as toxic.

So my question is that if there a guarantee that I won't be banned for toxicity if I will play with a chat turned off? Of course if I won't do any actions which matches another report options - I won't be afk, feed or whatever else. Thanks!
