Permabanned for minor toxicity

A short portion of an email I wrote to riot support after being Permabanned for telling a toxic player to shut the f*ck up and play, stop griefing, stop putting up surrenders and advising my team to just mute him/her. A Master Yi fell behind early and even though other lanes prevailed and won our AD carry Miss Fortune threw out surrender votes since the 15-minute mark, begun to ult minion waves and camps to steal from the Yi and went from 7/1 to 8/8, constantly flamed her support and me for trying to stop her toxicity, i advised my teammates to mute her chat which I had done around the 25 minute mark but needed to unmute to try and make callouts, the game ended up lasting over 40 minutes and the red team made an impressive comeback because no one but me and my friend who queued into solo/duo with me would try and contest a tower being shoved or a dragon/baron being taken. in the end stretch of the game when everything came down to fights and targetting and only me and my friend in league voice did any targetting or team fighting I tilted, I was trying to keep my cool, lift the spirits of the teammates being chat abused and carry the fights by focusing the back line, but we kept losing and losing and it seemed the team other than the MF who was just spamming "next" and throwing out surrender votes had started to pay less attention and give up, in the most important part of the game, the death timers are long, everyone full build or close to full build and they stopped caring and trying, I admit I had some toxic behaviors towards the end of the game saying that if you don't know how to play your role don't try it out in ranked and if you aren't committed to a full game and trying to win don't play ranked and simple mistakes that were being made I called players out for making them. I'm not smurfing I've been bronze my entire carrier playing league and it's frustrating trying to climb out of low elo when a player doesn't care about their rank and their game and other peoples game and ranks. I have never received a chat ban or restriction, I committed no hate crimes in my chat log and my account which I've spent time, effort, and money on, on and off since first playing in preseason 5 has been banned for a punishment I believe is not worth more than a temporary chat ban. I've made a Ticket with riot support, requested a human because I don't want my game punishment being judged by a robot and received no reply, I've added more and more explanation, a possible compromise like a permanent chat suspension or even a long term chat suspension or a temporary game suspension, refund of the money I've spent on RP or transfer of my cosmetics and champions (anything I've spent time to earn i.e anything bought with blue essence or Riot Points) and my Hextex Loot, because I have spent much time and money earning my champion and skin shards, and have spent money on Masterwork chests bundles because id like prestige doggy fizz, I even spent $35 on Tuesday, April 30th 2019 (2 days after my birthday, part of money I received from family for my birthday) on 2 masterwork chest and am now only 6 prestige points away from my fizz skin, just to get Permabanned 2 days later for something I see every day in the league community and I see worse every day in the league community and other gaming communitys alike (and I only play league and csgo when my friends are bored with league for the time).

Riot allows reuse of an email of a banned account because their idea of a "second chance" is continuing to play their game and continuing to spend your money on their game, but stealing the money you've already spent.

Below is my portion of an email I've sent to [email protected] and League of Legends Player Support

My account has been permabanned and I do not believe this is a fair punishment for the intensity of toxicity in the chat log that caused said suspension, to be a permabanned account holder, by your own statistics I or a user of my account must be one of the 0.006% of LoL players toxic enough to receive this ban, the chat log provides evidence that minor bad manners were nothing in comparison to the attempt of combating another player bad manner to a fellow teammate, a Master Yi who fell behind early game was being attacked by our own teammate Miss Fortune and my accounts chat log shows the attempt of lifting the spirits of the Yi in the early game and advising my teammates to simply mute the misfortune so no more tilting could be caused by her, it was not until near the end of the 40 minute struggle of a griefing ADC that my chat log started to signs of tilt, the losing stretch of the game, everyone started to seem to be giving up, surrenders were being requested as often as possible, the team just wanted "next" and thats not the spirit of ranked games and league of legends has taught me if you want to be sucsessful, worse plays were made and simple stupid discistions started to be made like people werent paying attention, attitude like this would tilt most players in any elo. I feel as if I've been given a punishment that doesn't fit the crime and a simple chat ban would do. also, I've never received a chat ban and if chat toxicity is what I'm guilty of I recommend lightening up on the punishment system of your game, no one will remember that chat log by tomorrow other than me because a game I love has just been stripped away from me forever and the money, time and effort I've invested, stripped away forever

please take into account and do not take offense to the thought of many players not appealed to because we are not professional level players, this game brings joy to me, my friends, and I'm sure all other players that spend their time playing and taking away their ability to play ruins the experience and fun this amazing game brings, I've owned this account since preseason 5 when I first started playing in 8th grade, I've put in more than you could know and got more than you could know out of my experiences playing this game please reconsider your choice to ban my account permanently, I would accept a temporary suspension or even a permanent chat ban if it would be a worthy compromise.
