The fact that you're still trying to validate your flame is pretty substantial evidence that you shouldn't be unbanned early.

Serve out the 14-day ban, and take that time to read through your logs and learn what not to do in the future, 'cause the next step is a permanent ban. And there's no coming back from that.

Saying zero tolerance phrases are not the only way to get a 14-day suspension. You probably had recently been given a 25-game chat restriction.

Two week ban means rito will permaban you if they catch you on anything. Anything they don't like.

When you get unbanned, don't use chat. "Good job" when someone dies or, god forbid, ask for a report - you are out forever.

The system is less transparent and more complicated than that, but you seem to not even remotely understand what gets you banned and you can't afford to trigger it again, I can stress it enough.

If you are not honor 5, do not use chat. At all.

The only time I have seen Riot unban for reasons other than they made a mistake was that they truly believe they learned their lesson and regret what they said. It is clear from how you posted that you do not regret what you said.
