penalty frustration

I have now been suspended for 14 days based on chat log im guessing saying my team fcking sucks did it in after all i did have a 25 game chat restriction for saying the same thing. Besides that I'm only so god awfully frustrated since I am not Iron 1 not that iron was added an every dropped a tier and I wasn't even supposed to be in bronze to begin with, I had 6 games in a row from what I remember when I was silver after I first started playing in septermber 2017 and in these 6 games particularly in a row ATLEAST 1 person on my team inted, or grief'd, HARD. after that I was just pissed at the game and took a break after continues frustration of the same issue in bronze. I report every time yet only TWO times have I been notified that the person was punished. So of course my language is gonna get rather strong especially sense I use it in my everyday speech so for RIOT's report system I suppose this slightly stronger language such as "my team fcking sucks" is a considered inappropriate. I would not be using this language to begin with and would go back to /mute all if the people i reported back when I was silver and bronze actually got punished and if I wasn't punished by losing so much LP as a result of it. This is easily fixed by having a similar rank system to HALO 5. you inc. rank based on how well you do, and if you do well while your team does not then you are not punished if your team loses as a result of the rest of your team playing poorly

FYI: This is meant as a formal complaint and could not find a complaint or something similar on the website. I do understand my actions are punishable but are not ultimately justified considering others of more serious violations whom I had reported have were not punished, at-least I was not notified as I was with others even though these people have just straight up gone down lane and died to the enemy without even attacking the enemy to kill them, just wanted to int.
