Get banned both account perm?

I posted a request why they banned my account, and now i just log in to my another account, they banned it too. are you fuking serious Riot? I follow someone's IP and ban all their LoL account? They said i using 3rd party progarm while i never used it, now another new account get banned for using in same computer and same IP?

if you got banned for using a 3rd party program, you would have to uninstall the program before logging on to any other accounts on that computer.

Same thing here the only thing i ever use is op.gg to spectate like cmon riot pls help
