One way to help reduce toxicity

What if Riot replaced the voice over and text mentions of the word enemy with opponent. Enemy has a much more negative connotation than opponent does to our subconscious. This might set a slightly less toxic, and more sportsman like atmosphere. Is it going to end toxicity? Not a chance. But it is a relatively simple change that could make an impact.
